‘A Very Merry Mistake’ is an integrated campaign that shows how a little misunderstanding can lead to very big problems for Santa over Christmas. Fortunately, Air New Zealand's Cabin Crew - experts in all things Kiwi - are on hand to help.

Launching with a hero film, the campaign was extended through social, OOH, and even our inflight service, getting Santa’s charmingly mis-made toys into the hands of kids all around the world.
